Shipping

ShopChristmasOnline.com ships all of our packages by either UPS or United States Postal Services (USPS) ground or priority mail.

Most orders will be shipped within 7 days

Some items are oversized and require extra shipping charges. Any additional shipping charges are indicated on the item page.

At this time we do not ship internationally. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and APO addresses are subject to additional freight charges.

The following table contains our shipping rates, which are based on the pre-tax order total:

0-$35: $5.95

$35.01 – $75: $8.95

$75.00 and UP: $10.95

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us! All shipped purchases made on line can be returned by mail or ups to the address printed on the invoice within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned items must be in original condition and boxes.

Shipping / handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

Refund will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Credit card refund must be on the same card used for purchase.

Our goal is for you to enjoy our ornaments as much as we do. Unfortunately once an ornament has been personalized it cannot be returned, unless we did not follow your personalizing instructions correctly.

Every item is checked for damage and correct personalizing; if a problem occurs in shipping or defective merchandise we will replace it at our expense.

We make every effort to fill your order correctly and to your satisfaction, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied please contact us! Remember we can’t fix something if we don’t know about it.

Taxes

ShopChristmasOnlin.com is required to collect sales tax in the states that we have store locations. We will add applicable sales tax to orders placed in Wisconsin.
